Bio

I am a Signal Processing Engineer at International Audio Laboratories Erlangen. My current research topic is audio signal processing and machine learning in the Internet-of-Things, using compressive sensing and deep neural networks.

I did my PhD at the same institute, supervised by Bernd Edler. My topic was the development of a framework for designing non-uniform orthogonal lapped filterbanks for audio signal analysis and audio signal coding.
